You start with a wooden axe and an island of grass and stone. The rest is up to you.
Till grass with a hoe and plant seeds from the Hub: wheat, carrots, onions, grapes, starfruit and more. Go fishing, and keep bees for honey.
Place 214 kinds of blocks one at a time: stone, planks, glass, stairs, doors, fences, lamps. Dig down into your island or put a castle on top of it.
Totems mine rocks and harvest crops around them. Furnaces smelt, sawmills cut and presses press while you're away exploring, and workers keep the farm going.
The ten merchants in the Hub buy what you gather and sell seeds, blocks and totems. Put a vending machine on your island to sell to other players, and share your island's join code so friends can drop by.
Swords, bows, gauntlets and spells. Slimes, buffalkors, wizard lizards and skorps guard the islands, and each island's monsters drop the key to the next one.
Every island past Slime Island takes a key, and the monsters on each island drop the key to the next.

Bring 250 Pumpkin Boss Tokens to the Pumpkin Altar in the Hub to raise him. He has 6,000 health for one player and 3,000 more for each extra player, up to 20,000.
Jump his Vine Slam, dodge the boulders, rolls and vine whips, and clear out the Pumps he calls in. Everyone who deals at least 5% of his health gets a Cauldron.

The event boss. He only shows up when the team summons him, so watch the Discord. His slam hits for 45 and his swing for 40.
He takes less damage the more players fight him at once, down to 55% less with six or more.

At night they fly out of the trees on your island. Swing a net through one to catch it for 20 Pumpkin Boss Tokens.
They join the slimes on Slime Island (more of them at night) and drop 8 tokens each, plus an Orange Slime Ball the Adventurer buys for 70.
A giant jack-o'-lantern boss you raise at the Pumpkin Altar in the Hub for 250 tokens. Beat him for a Cauldron, a mystery box that can hold the Pumpkin Hammer.
Mobs, fish and crops drop candy. Put a Candy Basket on your island and visitors can trick-or-treat there once a day.
One catch in ten is a Pumpkinfish or a rare Ghost Fish. The Fisherman pays 150 and 450. A new fish journal keeps your heaviest catches.

Slimes have a squishy new look. Green ones are everywhere on Slime Island; Blue (300 HP) and Pink (500 HP) are rarer and drop pricier slime balls.
